Booking Equipment

Standard booking is for 5 days.
The person booking is responsible for the equipment until it is returned.

Damage and loss of equipment or parts

Equipment damaged or lost during a loan event (including missing parts) will be charged to the borrower in line with our University insurance policy.

Booking rooms

You are responsible for the keys and the condition of the room at the end of the booking - you must make sure that the space is clean and tidy when locking up with all of the equipment still in place and working.
Keys must be returned to the Loan Counter.

Fines and penalties

Late equipment / key return will incur a fine. Very late returns will result in your IT account being disabled.
Regular late returns will result in a ban from using the service for a period.
